Castleknock, Dublin 15 / Flat roofs
Flat roof leak repair in Castleknock, Dublin 15. We prepared the existing fibreglass roof and applied a continuous Mariseal 250 liquid waterproofing membrane, with careful detailing around the rooflight, perimeter edges and wall junctions to renew the roof’s weather protection.
Sheepmoor, Dublin 15 / Flat roofs
Flat roof repair in Sheepmoor, Dublin 15 to address poor drainage and standing water. We removed the ageing felt covering, improved the roof fall, added insulation and new plywood decking, and then waterproofed the completed roof with a seamless Mariseal 250 liquid-applied membrane.
