If an issue is caused by our workmanship within the agreed work, we will put it right at no cost to you for 10 years.

Straightforward cover for the work we carry out
Roofing workmanship is difficult to judge from the ground. A finished repair can look perfectly fine today, even when a poor detail will not show itself until much later. That is why we put our workmanship guarantee in writing.

Workmanship carried out directly by Secure Top Roofing within the scope agreed with you. If that workmanship is the cause of a problem during the guarantee period, we put it right at no cost.
Outside the guarantee
Issues outside our workmanship
Existing or unrelated areas, maintenance issues, and damage caused by circumstances outside the work we completed are not covered. The agreed scope in your quotation identifies the work the guarantee follows.
Some materials may also carry a separate manufacturer warranty or product guarantee, subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
