Full Flat Roof Leak Repair with Mariseal 250 in Dublin
A leaking flat roof in Dublin needed more than a local patch. We prepared the full roof area and applied Mariseal 250 across the surface, edges and upstands to create a continuous waterproof membrane.
What needed attention
The existing flat roof was leaking, with widespread surface wear and standing water visible across parts of the covering during inspection. The customer needed a complete repair rather than another localised patch over one suspected leak point.
How we approached it
We prepared the full flat-roof area and detailed the perimeter edges, wall junctions and upstands before applying Mariseal 250, a hard-wearing liquid-applied polyurethane waterproofing membrane. The system was carried continuously across the main roof surface and its vulnerable junctions rather than being limited to a small patch.
The finished work
The completed roof has a continuous grey waterproofing membrane across the full surface, with the edges and upstands incorporated into the treatment. This full-roof approach renewed the waterproofing layer and delivered a complete repair instead of a temporary patch.
