Professional Roof Repairs in Ashtown

For an active leak in Ashtown, call with the property address and whether it is a house or an apartment. Shared roof access in Pelletstown may need coordination with the managing agent. We confirm availability and discuss safe temporary protection while planning the repair.

Usually yes, and we handle the coordination. The 2000s-2010s Pelletstown stock has complex flat-roof terraces between blocks where the leak source is often above a different unit than the one taking the water. We provide a single inspection report with photos that the management company can act on, scope the work across affected units, and lay EPDM or GRP in a single piece rather than patching unit-by-unit. That's the only way these leaks actually stop.

Three patterns. On the Pelletstown apartment and townhouse belt, it's flat-roof terrace leaks between blocks and parapet/balcony leakage on the townhouses. On the 2000s detached around the Navan Road border, it's ridge re-bedding where the factory wet mortar has decarbonated and dry-verge replacement on the gables. On the older Ashtown Village semis nearer the Phoenix Park boundary, it's occasional period chimney work and slate end-of-life repairs.

Yes — most Pelletstown jobs are exactly that. We coordinate with the management company on scaffolding location, lift bookings where rooftop access is via a service lift, and resident communication. The flat roofs themselves we strip down to the deck, replace any soft boards, and re-lay in EPDM or GRP with proper upstands at every parapet, vent and abutment. No mastic-and-pray patching.

Inspection photos, scope of work, materials specified by grade (membrane type, lead code, tile profile, ridge fixing system), scaffolding plan, labour, debris removal, and the 10-year workmanship guarantee. For management-company jobs we provide a single document the board can present to residents. Fixed price, no day-of additions without written approval.
